Shipping

• Orders are packed cold-chain with insulated liners and ice packs to preserve peptide integrity in transit.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day; all others ship the next business day.
• Standard shipping is free on orders over $199; a flat $12 rate applies below that threshold.
• Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days via tracked courier.
• Packaging is discreet — outer boxes carry no product branding or contents description.

Subscription shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected cycle. We email a reminder with tracking and the current batch's COA before each reshipment.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or the vial batch ID doesn't match its published COA, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll issue a replacement or refund once verified.

Returns

Because these are laboratory research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used vials for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs.

International orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions applicable in their destination country.
