What if I don't need a shipment this cycle?+
Skip it. Your dashboard lets you push the next shipment out or pause the subscription entirely, then resume when your work picks back up. You're only ever committed to the next 30-day cycle.
Does the discount ever expire?+
No. The 15% applies to every order for as long as the subscription is active — it isn't an introductory rate. If our list price changes, existing subscribers keep the rate they signed up at.
Will I get the same batch every time?+
Not necessarily — each shipment is allocated from current inventory, and we email that batch's Certificate of Analysis before it goes out. Every batch is independently HPLC tested to the same 99%+ specification.
How is my payment information handled?+
